Pragya invites applications for the following position:
Position: Asst. Manager, NRM and Climate Change
Location: Gurgaon, India
Role:
a. Project Management: Assist the Manager in the implementation of projects in the NRM and Climate Change domain. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.
b. Thematic input: Provide technical input for the project and guide the implementing team.
c. Team Productivity: Manage and guide the field team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.
d. Documentation and interface: Assist in developing content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.
Person Specification:
The person will be required to be self-motivated and should ideally possess the following:
Qualifications: Masters degree with experience in NRM sector.
Experience: Seven years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.
Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language
Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills
