Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Fund Mobilization & Partnership Building
- Identify and engage potential CSR partners (corporates, foundations, government schemes) to secure funding for rural/ urban development projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CSR heads, donors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Represent Child Help Foundation at CSR forums, networking events, and donor meetings to showcase project impact.
2. Proposal & Concept Note Development
- Research, write, and submit compelling concept notes, project proposals, and grant applications aligned with donor priorities (themes: livelihoods, education, health, etc.).
- Customize proposals to meet CSR guidelines, budgeting norms, and impact measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with HO and state teams to design evidence-based interventions with clear outcomes.
3. Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring compliance with donor agreements.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with proposed objectives.
4. Donor Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare high-quality progress reports, impact assessments, and financial statements for CSR partners.
- Ensure adherence to legal/ethical standards and donor-specific reporting requirements.
5. Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Train field teams on CSR project deliverables and monitoring frameworks.
- Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to strengthen project reach.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- MBA/PGDM in Rural Management/Development/Social Work/Anthropology with relevant experience.
- 3–7 years in CSR fundraising, proposal writing, and NGO project management.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of securing CSR grants (mention any past successes, e.g., "secured X lakhs from Y donor").
- Expertise in drafting concept notes, logframes, budgets, and MOUs.
- Strong data analysis skills for impact reporting (familiarity with tools like Excel, KOBO, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Core Responsibility:
- Give Presentations to Corporates.
- Develop Projects.
- Should Involve in Outreach Activities with Corporates and Institutions.
