Purpose
This Response Template has been designed to ensure a standardized and transparent evaluation process for all bidders. - The tender process will be conducted to ensure that tenders are evaluated fairly to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) criteria.
- Your response will be evaluated under the following headings, based on a weighting of 70% for technical evaluation and 30% for financial evaluation.
