Job Title: Research Coordinator / Research Consultant

Location: Bhubaneswar & New Delhi, India (Remote / Hybrid / Project-based)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Research Coordinator / Research Consultant to support and manage social, policy, and development research projects. The role includes research coordination, proposal support, mobile-based data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end research projects (qualitative & quantitative)
Support proposal writing, concept notes, and research design
Manage and monitor mobile app–based data collection
Supervise field teams and ensure data quality, timelines, and protocols
Conduct data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation
Prepare high-quality research reports and presentations
Coordinate with clients, NGOs, government departments, and partners
Ensure ethical compliance and documentation

Desired Profile

Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields
3–7 years of experience in research, evaluation, or consulting projects
Experience working with government, NGOs, and/or international agencies preferred
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills

Key Skills

Mobile app–based data collection & management (ODK, Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO, CSPro, etc.)
Data cleaning and analysis (Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, NVivo – preferred)
Research methods (quantitative & qualitative)
Report writing and presentations
Project coordination and stakeholder management
