We’re looking for a driven, outcome-focused professional to join our Fundraising & Partnerships team. The role demands sharp business development skills — someone who can build a strong CSR pipeline, engage with corporate and foundation leads, and convert opportunities into funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a robust quarter-wise fundraising pipeline aligned with revenue targets
• Identify and pursue CSR and foundation leads with a focus on partnership conversion
• Manage both new and renewal partnerships, ensuring alignment with funder priorities
• Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes, and lead conversations through to closure
• Track and report on monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring accountability
• Collaborate closely with program, impact, and communications teams to co-create fundable offerings
• Represent Synergie at external meetings, forums, and CSR ecosystem events as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
• 5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development in the social impact space
• Proven ability to close high-value CSR deals
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills
• Postgraduate in Marketing/ Business Development/ Social Works
• Experience with fundraising tools/CRMs, pipeline tracking, and outcome reporting
