Role overview & Key responsibilities:
1. Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify, research, and pursue aligned CSR and philanthropic partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, and government programs.
- Draft compelling concept notes, proposals, and grant applications aligned with partner priorities and PadCare’s vision.
2. Relationship Management & Partner Success
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Maintain continuous engagement through regular updates, impact reports, review meetings, and collaborative planning.
- Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual value creation.
3. Communication & Engagement
- Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, CSR forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and build new relationships.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Impact teams to develop case studies, success stories, and impact narratives.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
- Work closely with the Impact & Operations teams to prepare reports, ROI analyses, and data-driven insights for partners.
- Track partnership metrics, engagement KPIs, and feedback to refine outreach strategies and strengthen partner retention.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnership management, or development sector. A strong network in corporate CSR, foundations, or grant-making organizations is a plus.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and communicate results effectively. Passionate about women’s health, sustainability, and social impact.
