About PARAM Foundation
PARAM Foundation is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established through a partnership between the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the PanIIT Reach For India Foundation. PARAM has been mandated by the State Government to run and operationalise 42 Government ITI buildings in a phased manner, based on rigorous performance assessment.
These upgraded ITIs operate as Kaushal Colleges (Centres of Excellence) delivering high-quality, fully residential, skill-based training. PARAM follows the globally recognised PanIIT skilling model, ensuring 100% assured placement for youth in top Indian and international industries across the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
The organisation focuses on empowering socially and economically disadvantaged communities, giving priority to SC, ST, OBC, Minority, and backward-class youth.
