JOB OPENING: Technical Consultant – Adolescent Health & Policy

Location: Jharkhand | Position: Senior Professional Level | Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

About the Role:
We're seeking a health sector expert to provide technical and policy support on adolescent health and reproductive health initiatives. You'll strengthen government health mission programs, guide policy development, build capacity of health teams, and support integration of evidence-based approaches into public health systems. The role requires close collaboration with government officials, development partners, and health specialists. Requires 50-60% travel to state and district level field settings.

Key Requirements:
• MBBS with MD in Community Medicine/Public Health OR Master's in Public Health/Health Policy with demonstrated expertise in adolescent health and SRHR
• 8-10 years in public health sector, preferably adolescent health, reproductive health, or related areas
• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant/Expert with government agencies, development partners, or public health organizations
• Strong track record with State/National Health Missions (RKSK, RMNCH+A or similar programs)
• Expertise in program design, training facilitation, capacity building, and system strengthening
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Excellent English, Hindi, and local language proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience with WHO, UNICEF, USAID, UNFPA or bilateral/multilateral partners
