Project Concern International, India (PCI India) has been working in India since 1998. Financial Proposal MUST BE PASSWORD PROTECTED. Please do not include any price information/password to access the Proposal in Technical Proposal.

Site visit
|
- Bidders may request a site visit following the submission of their queries. Requests for a site visit must be made in writing to procdelhi@pciglobal.in. PCI India will consider all such requests and may schedule site visits at its sole discretion, based on operational feasibility and other logistical considerations.
- Please note:
- The scheduling of any site visit is subject to further notice and confirmation by PCI India.
- A site visit is optional and does not constitute a mandatory component of the bidding process.
- Any information obtained during the site visit shall be treated as confidential and Proprietary.
- Bidders are encouraged to submit their site visit requests concurrently with or immediately following their queries to ensure adequate time for scheduling prior to the bid submission deadline.
- Bidders shall bear all costs associated with the site visit. PCI India or Site shall not be liable for any risks, injuries, or damages occurring during the visit.

a) The agencies registered under the Societies/Trust/Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, are not required to submit applications. Proposals from these agencies will not be considered.
