AGAPE is a leading child-care organization in Hyderabad, home to a 5-acre residential campus that includes our own English-medium school (LKG–10th), digital classrooms, bridge programs, sports initiatives, and full nutritional and medical care. We provide full residential care for HIV-infected and vulnerable orphans, along with a comprehensive cradle-to-college pathway that ensures every child grows up with safety, dignity, and opportunity.
With over 200 children currently on campus and more than 40 in college, AGAPE is expanding its CSR partnerships to fuel the next phase of growth and transform even more young lives.
We’re looking for a CSR Fundraising Manager to lead corporate engagement, build strong CSR relationships, and secure long-term funding for our children’s education, nutrition, healthcare, and holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue CSR & foundation partnership opportunities
• Draft compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications
• Build and manage long-term relationships with CSR partners
• Represent AGAPE at meetings, CSR events, and corporate forums
• Prepare donor reports, impact updates, and data-driven summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to create fundable programs
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or institutional development
• Strong communication & proposal-writing skills
• Ability to build trust with corporate partners
• Passion for child welfare, education, and social impact
• Postgraduate preferred (Social Work, Development, Business, Marketing, etc.)
