Location: Guwahati, Vijayawada, Lucknow & Raipur
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project management
- Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
- Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
- Ensure fidelity to the ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
- Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner needs.
2. Data management
- Coordinate with the tech team for partner onboarding on iECHO.
- Ensuring program data is being collected, updated and monitored on a regular basis.
- Update project management tools or any other software being used for partner management.
3. Partner relationship
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new partners.
- Proactively identify and escalate partner issues to the reporting head.
- Visit partner site, if needed.
4. Key Performance Indicators: (Measurable Aspects):
- Meeting timelines (as defined in the process) for all program activities.
- Process compliance - ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all new programs launched.
- % of programs meeting fidelity to the ECHO model.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: MPH/MSW
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Language: English, Hindi, Fluency in local language
Travel: Frequently
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
- Broad knowledge and experience in project management
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
