STSF is a service-driven platform offering a diverse range of solutions tailored to the needs of various clients in the social development & Corporate Social Responsibility space.

About the project: STSF has been implementing Menstrual Hygiene Project, Knowledge Center Project, Soft Skill Development Project, AI Learning Project and Financial Literacy Project in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. These are target based revenue model social development projects, where dependency for external fund is restricted. Revenue gets generated in the project by collecting service charge from the beneficiaries of respective projects.

Based on learnings and experiences, STSF is expanding its services to other parts of India. Therefore, this vacancy for the position of “STSF-Mobilizer” has been advertised. STSF is looking for the highly motivated and committed graduates to act as role of “STSF-Mobilizer”. Anyone sitting in any parts of India, are eligible for this vacancy. STSF provides opportunity to graduate male and female to work in their preferred location and geographies.

Eligibility: The candidate should have

1. Graduate in any stream; preference for having convincing, mobilization, marketing and communication skills.
2. 2-3 years’ experience of working with senior students of school/colleges, girls on menstrual hygiene, digital and financial literacy areas.
3. Fluency in local language along with Hindi and good understanding of rural areas and community of preferred locations.
4. Ability to work on target-based revenue model social development projects and to achieve the target.
5. Personal behavior like self-respect, confidence, accountability, reliability is preferred.
6. Must own smart phone and two wheelers which they can use for office work.
7. Readiness to join the organization within one week after final selection.

Expected role: Candidate will be required to do following tasks.

• Visit academic and professional institutions and share the benefits of the projects.
• Mobilize the interested beneficiaries to attend online session on Career Guidance, Soft skill development, and Artificial Intelligence learning.
• Motivate the beneficiaries to continue attending sessions for career growth.
• Guide the beneficiaries to register for the online and offline sessions.
• If female Mobilizer – Mobilize girls and women to get benefit of Menstrual Hygiene services.

Honorarium: The monthly fees will not be fixed, but it will vary depends on efforts and ability. STSF-Mobilizer will be paid variable consultancy fees from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 15,000 depends on target achieved in the month. No other travel allowances will be provided.
