About the Role

The Talent and Culture Executive plays a key role in nurturing FIA’s people and culture.
You will support teams across districts by ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, heard, and able to do their best work. This role is for someone who believes that strong teams are built through care, clarity, trust and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new team members.

Be a first point of contact for team member’s questions and concern for HR support and people processes.

Support performance conversations, learning and team well-being.

Help maintain organization’s compliance support

Coordinate training, reflection spaces, and team-building activities.

Support team in building respectful, inclusive and learning-centred spaces.

Contribute to a culture rooted in trust, empathy, and shared purpose.
