Location: West Mumbai & South Mumbai (2 positions) – Chirney Road
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Mode: Working from Office
Salary Band: Up to Rs 28,000 CTC
About the Program
The Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF) supports talented girls from disadvantaged backgrounds through higher education assistance, mentoring, leadership development, and life skills training. With 36 chapters across 14 states, USF has empowered over 16,500 girls to pursue careers in diverse professional fields and become confident, independent women.
Role Overview
The Assistant Program Coordinator will support effective program implementation, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and data management. This role requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of USF activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Implementation
• Support the selection process through school visits and data entry
• Maintain fellows, volunteers, and alumnae databases
• Assist in conducting workshops, meetings, and events (travel required)
• Support data collection, ERP entries, and program analysis
• Collaborate with volunteers and ensure regular engagement
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
• Assist in preparing reports for Core Committee and Head Office
• Support donor visits, donor reporting, and case story documentation
• Identify institutions for higher studies and social work enrolment
• Ensure compliance with Child Protection and Media policies
• Serve as an ambassador of the USF Program to students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders
Qualification & Experience
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience (Freshers may apply)
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology or any stream (Master’s preferred)
Skills Required
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to handle groups and conduct field visits
• Report writing and data management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
• Awareness of child protection policies and compliance standards
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
