About the Project
 
With the support of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (GFATM) and guidance from the Central TB Division, will be implementing; (a) Integrated Pediatric TB care services in both the public and private health sectors to increase pediatric TB case detection and improve treatment outcomes, and (b) Active Case Finding (ACF) for early detection of missing TB cases among key and vulnerable populations, using innovative AI-enabled portable X-ray devices. The project will be carried out through Sub-Recipient (SR) partners in the states of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh. 
 
TB ALERT INDIA : seek a suitable Admin Assistant based at the state headquarters to provide support in the overall administration of the project state office for the project "Decentralizing Pediatric TB Care Services in Public & Private Health Sector and enhance case detection through ACF with Handheld X-Ray across selected geographies” in the state of Telangana 
 
Project Duration: 16th July 2024 to 31st March 2027
 
Reporting to: Sr. Admin & Finance Officer
 
Job responsibilities of the position are:
The Admin Assistant will be based in the Hyderabad office. He/She will be primarily responsible for day-to-day housekeeping, office maintenance, hospitality, guest management and providing need-based logistics support to the program/finance team. Following are the specific job responsibilities: 
  • Opening the office and responsible for closing too coordinating with all staff
  • Keeping the office space and office equipment neat and clean
  • Support for maintaining the daily attendance of the Project team
  • Looking after the hospitality activities for the staff & guests
  • Providing support in scanning and photocopying the documents as and when needed
  • Any bank work or vendors visit as assigned
  • Support the Project team for organizing the trainings/meetings and workshops in the office/any other venue
  • Support for maintaining the consumable/stock register as guided by Sr. Admin & Finance Officer
  • Support in dispatching / couriering of letters and postal activities
  • Assisting the Sr. Admin and Finance Officer in recording all incoming and outgoing letters in the registers.
  • Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, and copiers
  • To work with the maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand
  • Any other work assigned by the Administration Department or Program Staff.
 
Qualification and Skills:
 
  • Minimum qualification is pass in 10th Standard 
  • Minimum two years of experience as Office/Admin Asst.
  • Based or willing to be based within the city where the office is located
  • Good in communication and basic writing skills in local language and English
  • Knowledge and skills in computer work will be an added advantage

The compensation for the above-mentioned position/s will adhere to internal policies and market standards, determined by qualifications, relevant experience, budget availability, internal parity, and interview performance.
