The NGO is seeking a dynamic and committed Field Coordinator – Solid Waste Management to support implementation of field-level activities within the Bally Municipality area. The selected candidate will work closely with community members, municipal representatives, sanitation workers, and project stakeholders to strengthen solid waste management systems and promote sustainable waste practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise daily field activities related to waste collection, segregation, and disposal

Engage with households, community groups, and local stakeholders to promote awareness on source segregation and responsible waste management

Liaise with municipal authorities and support convergence efforts

Monitor sanitation workers and ensure smooth field operations

Maintain field records, prepare reports, and update data using basic computer applications

Identify operational challenges and support timely resolution

Ensure regular reporting to the Programme Lead/Project Manager

Travel extensively within the Bally Municipality area for field supervision

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must reside within the Bally Municipality area

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

Minimum 3–5 years of field-level work experience

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
