Job Description for Project-Manger Cum Proposal Writer
The Project Director will manage planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of AVN P Foundation Project and Project. The role also includes project director and proposal writing and coordination with donors, CSR partners, government departments, and community stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and fundraising support. He / She will work closely with the Chairman to ensure the successful execution of projects, while also leading specific initiatives and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
? Project Design & Proposal Writing: Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.
? Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ongoing engagement.
? Program Implementation: Oversee on-ground execution as per the approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
? Client & Donor Coordination: Drive program discussions with clients/donors, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational values.
? Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality in technical proposals, reports, and financial projections.
? Presentations & Representation: Deliver technical presentations and participate in high-level meetings with donors and stakeholders.
? Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.

Candidate Profile
• Master in Public health or Doctorate degree in relevant disciplines like Education, Agriculture, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the NGO / development sector
• Proven experience in writing and presenting project proposals and Report writing
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
• Sound understanding of project management tools and processes.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.
