Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Meetings: Organizing calendars, planning meetings, and coordinating logistics.
Communication: Acting as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Records & Documentation: Maintaining office records, filing systems, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Budget & Logistics: Assisting with budget tracking, procurement, and resource management.
Process Support: Streamlining workflows and supporting multiple departments to keep operations effective.

Skills Needed:
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving
Familiarity with office software and administrative systems

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or related field preferred.

Experience:
2 years of administrative or operations experience, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
Experience with HR support, finance tracking, and compliance is highly valued

Place of work: Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: 180000/- CTC
