Job Title: Program Coordinator – Skill Development

Location: Delhi. Full-time onsite
Reporting To: Project Manager / Executive Manager

Job Purpose
The Program Coordinator – Skill Development will support the execution and smooth functioning of skill development programs aimed at enhancing youth employability. The role involves coordinating training activities, supporting student engagement, managing data and documentation, and assisting in placement and industry interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Operations

• Assist in the implementation of skill development programs as per project plans
• Coordinate daily training activities, schedules, and logistics
• Ensure classrooms, trainers, and resources are organised and functional
• Support monitoring of program timelines and deliverables

Student Support & Engagement

• Assist in student mobilisation, onboarding, and orientation
• Provide basic counselling and guidance to students during the program
• Track student attendance, participation, and progress
• Address student queries and ensure a positive learning environment

Training Support

• Coordinate with trainers for session planning and delivery
• Ensure training materials and resources are available and updated
• Assist in organising assessments, assignments, and evaluations
• Support digital or classroom-based learning activities

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, and performance
• Compile reports on program progress, outcomes, and challenges
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews

Placement & Industry Coordination

• Support coordination of interviews, placement drives, and employer visits
• Assist in maintaining relationships with local employers and partners
• Track student placement data and follow-ups

Networking & Field Coordination

• Coordinate with colleges, NGOs, and community stakeholders for mobilisation
• Assist in organising events such as workshops, job fairs, and awareness sessions
• Support outreach activities in the field as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Management, Social Work, or related preferred)

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, training support, or NGO projects
• Experience in skill development or education programs is an advantage
