We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to help manage some of our programmes in Kodaikanal. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and motivated to help build a better society.

What the role involves

Coordinating and guiding field staff across programmes

Planning, organising, and implementing projects, programmes, and events

Communicating and coordinating with donors, supporters, government officials, and customers of our products

Supporting the smooth execution and growth of our initiatives

Who we’re looking for

A graduate in any discipline

Strong coordination and communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Ability to manage multiple activities and work with diverse stakeholders

Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage

Prior experience in an NGO or similar role will be beneficial

Strong motivation to work towards social impact and community development
