About the Project
JKS is implementing a Child Rights, Education, and Community Development project in Rayagada district, Odisha. The project focuses on improving children’s access to education, protection services, and overall well-being through community-based interventions and sponsorship support.

Position: Sponsorship cum Documentation Officer
The Sponsorship cum Documentation Officer plays a critical role in ensuring strong documentation systems, accurate child tracking, and transparent reporting within the child rights project.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain all sponsorship data and documentation systems.
• Develop and update individual profiles of sponsored children.
• Track and monitor children’s educational, health, and protection status.
• Collect, process, and analyze project-related data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive child-related information.
• Document project activities including case studies, success stories, and field reports.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
• Generate timely data reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper data collection and documentation.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and quality standards in all documentation processes.

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in documentation, MIS, child sponsorship programs, or development projects.
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, and documentation writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in working with child-focused or community-based programs preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Odiya language is preferred.

Work Location
The position is based in Rayagada, Odisha.
The candidate must be willing to travel to project villages for field data collection, monitoring, and coordination as required.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per organizational norms.
