Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise field activities under the MCH project
Liaison with District Health Department, NHM officials, and stakeholders
Monitor ANC, PNC, immunization, nutrition, and high-risk pregnancy tracking
Conduct field visits and supportive supervision
Prepare monthly progress reports and maintain documentation
Organize trainings, meetings, and community awareness sessions
Ensure timely data collection, reporting, and follow-up
Support implementation of government health schemes related to MCH

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) / MSW / Sociology / Social Work / Health Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Mother & Child Health / NHM / Public Health projects
Experience in coordination with government health departments preferred

Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MCH indicators and government health schemes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel for field monitoring

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
