Job Description – Finance Executive

Location: ATS Bouquet, Sector 132, Noida (Work from Office)

Reporting To: Finance Manager

Compensation: Up to Rs.4.8 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Preference: Immediate joiners; candidates residing near Noida preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Executive with around 3 years of experience to support daily accounting operations and statutory compliance work. The role will involve hands-on accounting, reconciliations, documentation, and assisting in audits and reporting.
This is an execution-focused role under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Pass accounting entries in Tally (vouchers, expenses, invoices, receipts).
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining project-wise accounting records.
• Support monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.

Compliance Support:
• Assist in preparation of GST and TDS working sheets.
• Support statutory filings and compliance documentation.
• Maintain records required for CSR and audit compliance.

Reporting & MIS:
• Help prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense summaries.
• Coordinate with program teams for collecting supporting documents.

Audit Assistance:
• Provide required documents and schedules during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain organised financial records for easy verification.

Qualifications & Skills:
• M.Com / B.Com (Finance/Accounts background preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (NGO/Trust/Section-8 experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of:
o Tally ERP
o GST & TDS concepts
o MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred)
• Attention to detail and good documentation habits.
• Willingness to learn and grow in compliance-driven finance roles.
