This is a freelance job opprtunity for anyone with knowledge or experience of formalizing and creating markets for rural entreprenuers in farm and/or non farm enterprises.

The job requires understanding the product /service features, providing guidance and inputs on improving quality ,developing its USP's to create the marketing collaterals , organizing participation in local /district levels fairs and connecting to dealers, retailers including e-marketplaces where feasible. Building the entreprenuer's confidence and skills and motivating the person to be self dependant is important.
