Salary: Rs 25,000 per month

We work closely with CSR partners, local government institutions, and community-based groups to create sustainable social impact.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Program Associate to lead and implement a Women Livelihood Project in Jharsuguda.
The role requires strong community engagement skills, program monitoring ability, stakeholder coordination, and digital communication competence.

Key Responsibilities
1 Community Mobilisation
• Mobilize women into Self-Help Groups (SHGs) / livelihood collectives
• Conduct village meetings and awareness sessions
• Support skill development and enterprise activities
• Build trust with community leaders and local institutions

2 Program Implementation & Monitoring
• Ensure timely execution of project activities
• Monitor training, production, and market linkage components
• Maintain program documentation and field records
• Track beneficiary data and outcomes

3 Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Develop case studies and impact stories
• Maintain attendance, training records, and MIS data
• Support donor and CSR reporting requirements

4 Liaison & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with Government officials (District & Block level)
• Liaise with CSR managers and corporate representatives
• Engage with schools and colleges for outreach programs
• Represent the organization in meetings and forums

5 Social Media & Communication
• Manage project social media handles
• Create basic content (photos, captions, updates, short reels)
• Share impact stories and event highlights
• Support visibility for CSR partners

Required Qualifications
• Graduate in Social Work / Rural Development / Sociology / Management or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant field experience
• Experience in women livelihood / SHG / skill development projects preferred
• Strong communication skills (Odia & English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms
• Willingness to travel extensively within project villages
