Position: Fundraising / Resource Mobilization Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Rs.60,000 – Rs.75,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Organization:
Vidyaranya NGO is a nonprofit organization based in Bangalore working towards the empowerment of women, rehabilitation of vulnerable communities, and social development initiatives. The organization focuses on providing support, protection, and sustainable livelihood opportunities to marginalized and trafficked women.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement fundraising and resource mobilization strategies for the organization.
• Identify and approach corporate CSR partners, foundations, donors, and philanthropic institutions.
• Prepare funding proposals, grant applications, and concept notes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and corporate partners.
• Coordinate with project teams to align funding proposals with program activities.
• Manage donor reporting, fund utilization reports, and impact communication.
• Explore digital fundraising and crowdfunding opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in NGO fundraising, CSR partnerships, or resource mobilization.
• Strong proposal writing and donor communication skills.
• Experience working with corporate CSR teams and donor agencies.
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
• Master’s degree in Social Work / Development Studies / MBA or related field preferred.
