Vidyaranya NGO is a Bangalore-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the empowerment of women and the rehabilitation of vulnerable and marginalized communities. The organization works to support survivors of trafficking and disadvantaged women by providing protection, care, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Position Overview:
Vidyaranya NGO is looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to manage the organization’s digital presence, support fundraising campaigns, and enhance visibility through social media and online platforms. The role involves developing engaging digital content, managing social media channels, and supporting online fundraising and awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the organization’s presence across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and publish digital content including posts, graphics, videos, and impact stories.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to support fundraising and awareness programs.
• Manage and update the organization’s website and digital communication channels.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Support digital outreach for CSR partnerships, events, and fundraising initiatives.
• Track social media engagement and prepare analytics and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to document project activities, photos, and success stories.
Experience & Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with SEO, website management, and digital analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, or social impact organizations will be an added advantage.
