Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of project activities at field level
Assist in community mobilization and awareness sessions on maternal and child health
Coordinate with ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi Workers, and health facilities
Support tracking of pregnant women, high-risk cases, and immunization coverage
Collect and compile field data and assist in report preparation
Participate in field visits and monitoring activities
Maintain documentation and records as per project guidelines
Support organization of trainings, meetings, and review sessions

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Public Health / Nursing / Health Sciences or related field
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant MCH exposure

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in public health / NHM / NGO projects
Experience in community-based projects will be preferred

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of maternal and child health services
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel in field areas

Remuneration
Salary will be based on qualification and experience as per organizational norms.
