About the Project
Sampoorna Suraksha Kendra works for HIV/AIDS prevention and risk reduction among High Risk Clients and At-Risk populations. The program focuses on preventing new HIV infections by promoting safer behaviors, awareness, counseling, and linkages to HIV testing and treatment services.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach activities among High Risk Clients and At-Risk populations in the field area.
• Identify and establish regular contact with individuals who are at risk of HIV infection.
• Provide HIV prevention education and awareness sessions in the community.
• Motivate and facilitate clients for HIV testing at ICTC centers.
• Provide risk reduction counseling to ensure clients remain HIV negative.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of outreach activities.
• Support the Program Manager in achieving monthly outreach and prevention targets.
• Establish linkages with health facilities for testing, STI treatment, and counseling services.
• Facilitating effective implementation of the approved plan based on different components like HIV, STI/RTI, OST, TB, ART etc. of the programme for achieving the desired outcomes ? Screening for risk Behaviour ? Screening for STI/RTI ? Screening for HIV ? Screening for TB ? Screening for Hep B & C

Qualification
o Qualification - Graduation in MSW,BSW etc. In Social Sector
o Preference will be given to candidates with experience in community outreach, health programs, or NGO sector.
o Local candidates with knowledge of the area will be preferred.

Salary
• Salary 10500+Travel Allowance 2700+ Internet Allowance 700 Max
