SANCHAR A.R.O.D. (Society for Appropriate Rehabilitation of the Disabled) is a Kolkata-based non-profit organisation working since 1988 to promote the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. Through community-based rehabilitation, inclusive education, livelihood programmes, and capacity building initiatives, SANCHAR works with children, youth, families, and communities across West Bengal to create an inclusive society where persons with disabilities can live with dignity and equal opportunities.

Position Summary:
SANCHAR A.R.O.D. is seeking a motivated and committed Programme Coordinator to support programme implementation, coordination, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate implementation of organisational programmes and activities across project areas.
• Programme planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

• Coordinate with field teams, partner organisations, and community stakeholders.
• Support the administrative team in report preparation, budgeting, financial documentation, and compliance processes.

• Contribute to proposal development, donor reporting, and communication materials when required.

Required Qualifications:
• Preferred Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in programme coordination, administration, or project management in the development sector.

Salary:
?22,000 -25,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
