Job Role:
1. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks
2. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when neccessary
3. Prepare project proposals for WIF
4. Undertake administrative tasks such as putting advertisements for personnel, preparing, shortlisting contract and organizing interviews.
5. Maintaining the leave records
6. Prepare contract agreements
7. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands on approach including drafting acknowledgment records, personnel correspondence and other tasks
