Samajik Seva Sadan (SSS) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities across Odisha. Through impactful programs in education, health, livelihoods, and governance, we create pathways for sustainable development and social change. With a strong presence in schools, health facilities, and community institutions, SSS is committed to building resilient communities and nurturing grassroots leadership.
We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our team and contribute to this mission.

Positions Available
i. Project Manager – ?45,000–50,000 per month depending on experience & Skill
ii. MIS Officer – ?35,000–38,000 per month depending on experience & Skill
iii. Education & Health Coordinator – ?35,000–38,000 per month depending on experience & Skill
iv. Livelihood Coordinator – ?35,000–38,000 per month depending on experience & Skill
v. HR Manager (Part time) - ?30,000–35,000 per month depending on experience & Skill

Eligibility Criteria
a) Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline
b) Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in development or related fields
c) Proficiency in Odia and English (reading, writing, speaking)
d) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Contract/Duration
All positions except HR Manager are offered on a full-time contractual basis for an initial period of one year, renewable based on performance and project requirements. Long-term engagement opportunities may be available for candidates who demonstrate commitment, innovation, and strong results in community development.

Work Environment
Samajik Seva Sadan fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and field-oriented work culture. Team members will engage closely with schools, health facilities, women’s federations, and community groups in Dhenkanal and Sundargarh, Odisha. The roles involve a balance of office-based planning and field visits, requiring adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for grassroots empowerment. Staff are supported through regular training, mentoring, and opportunities to contribute to innovative, impact-driven projects.
