The Child in Need Institute is looking for a Documentation Personnel with following details.
Location – Kolkata

Type of Employment- Contractual
Duration- 6 months (Renewable)
Essential Qualifications- master’s in law/ Social Work/ Sociology /Social Science / Psychology
Experience- Minimum 5 yr experience on documentation
Computer Skills- The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power point.
Languages known – Excellent communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Bengali and Hindi is desirable

Age-25 to 50 years
Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy to capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
2. Maintain a repository of program documentation, including reports, training materials, and participant feedback.
3. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, training & workshops, and webinars for government and other stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive M&E framework for the program and monitor program activities and outputs against established indicators and targets.
5. Conduct regular evaluations to assess program outcomes and impact.
6. Collect, manage, and anaDocumentationlyze program data to generate insights and inform decision-making.
7. Preparing project proposal and concept note
8. Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Programme lead and other stakeholders.
10. Organize events and opportunities for stakeholders to share their experiences and insights.
11. Support the Programme lead in strategic planning and program development activities.
