About Organisation:
SARD is a pan India organization currently working in 9 states of India through its 13 field offices. SARD has been able to mobilize support from multilateral, bilateral institutions, INGOs (international Non-Govt. Organizations), foundations, leading corporates, and individuals since inception. SARD’s thrust is to build the organizational and leadership capacities of its stakeholders. SARD takes a holistic and integrated approach to development that favours the sustainability of its programs by providing people access to tools, training, and structures they need.
SARD is contributing to an ongoing program focused on children and youth in the age groups of 2–18 years and 19–24 years, aiming to support their holistic development and well-being.
To effectively implement and strengthen this program, SARD intends to engage dedicated professionals who will support program delivery
The initiative emphasizes on Child Path Model life skills development, inclusion, personal growth, and opportunities for self-discovery, enabling children and young people to build confidence, resilience, and a positive sense of identity. Special attention will be given to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that every child and youth—regardless of background—has equal opportunities to participate, learn, and thrive.
Through structured engagement, mentoring, and community-based activities, the program will support participants in developing social, emotional, and leadership skills, preparing them to make informed decisions and contribute positively to their communities.
Finance Executive
A. About the Role
Title: Finance Executive
Reports to: Program Lead and Finance Head
Location: Sahabad Dairy, Delhi, India
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (April 2026 – March 2027, renewable based on performance and project continuity)

Key Working Relationships: Program Lead, Executive Director, Field Team, Auditors
B. Job Purpose
To ensure proper field level accounting and financial management, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and record maintenance of the Children’s Project.
C. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain project financial records and documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and BRS.
• Assist in budget preparation and tracking.
• Maintain stock and asset registers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies.
• Support audits and financial reviews.
• Coordinate procurement processes as per policy.
D. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting.
• 3–5 years of NGO/project finance experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of donor compliance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
This position shall carry salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience
