About Organisation:
SARD is a pan India organization currently working in 9 states of India through its 13 field offices. SARD has been able to mobilize support from multilateral, bilateral institutions, INGOs (international Non-Govt. Organizations), foundations, leading corporates, and individuals since inception. SARD’s thrust is to build the organizational and leadership capacities of its stakeholders. SARD takes a holistic and integrated approach to development that favours the sustainability of its programs by providing people access to tools, training, and structures they need.
SARD is contributing to an ongoing program focused on children and youth in the age groups of 2–18 years and 19–24 years, aiming to support their holistic development and well-being.
To effectively implement and strengthen this program, SARD intends to engage dedicated professionals who will support program delivery
The initiative emphasizes on Child Path Model life skills development, inclusion, personal growth, and opportunities for self-discovery, enabling children and young people to build confidence, resilience, and a positive sense of identity. Special attention will be given to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that every child and youth—regardless of background—has equal opportunities to participate, learn, and thrive.
Through structured engagement, mentoring, and community-based activities, the program will support participants in developing social, emotional, and leadership skills, preparing them to make informed decisions and contribute positively to their communities.
3. Program Executive
A. About the Role
Title: Program Executive
Reports to: Program Lead
Location: Sahabad Dairy, Delhi, India
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (April 2025 – March 2026, renewable based on performance and project continuity). Each Executive will work with 9 to 10 Club Facilitators.

Key Working Relationships: Program Lead, Facilitators, Community Volunteers, Schools, Parents
B. Job Purpose
To directly implement and supervise field-level activities related to education support, life skills, child protection, and community engagement while coordinating closely with Facilitators.
C. Key Responsibilities
• Directly work with Facilitators to conduct sessions for children.
• Program Implementation & Monitor daily implementation of activities.
• Maintain beneficiary data and attendance records.
• Conduct home visits and parent meetings.
• Identify out-of-school children and support enrollment.
• Organize events, workshops, and exposure visits.
• Track children’s progress and report to Program Lead.
• Ensure child safeguarding standards are followed.

D. Required Skills & Experience
• Graduate In Social Work / Education / Sociology Related Field.
• 4–6 Years of Experience in Child/Community Programs.
• Strong Communication Skills in Hindi.
• Basic Computer Skills for Reporting.
• Ability To Work in Field Settings and Coordinate with Facilitators.
This position shall carry salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience
