About Organisation:
SARD is a pan India organization currently working in 9 states of India through its 13 field offices. SARD has been able to mobilize support from multilateral, bilateral institutions, INGOs (international Non-Govt. Organizations), foundations, leading corporates, and individuals since inception. SARD’s thrust is to build the organizational and leadership capacities of its stakeholders. SARD takes a holistic and integrated approach to development that favours the sustainability of its programs by providing people access to tools, training, and structures they need.
SARD is contributing to an ongoing program focused on children and youth in the age groups of 2–18 years and 19–24 years, aiming to support their holistic development and well-being.
To effectively implement and strengthen this program, SARD intends to engage dedicated professionals who will support program delivery
The initiative emphasizes on Child Path Model life skills development, inclusion, personal growth, and opportunities for self-discovery, enabling children and young people to build confidence, resilience, and a positive sense of identity. Special attention will be given to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that every child and youth—regardless of background—has equal opportunities to participate, learn, and thrive.
Through structured engagement, mentoring, and community-based activities, the program will support participants in developing social, emotional, and leadership skills, preparing them to make informed decisions and contribute positively to their communities.
Program/ Club Facilitator
A. About the Role
Title: Program Facilitator
Reports to: Program Executive and coordinate with Volunteers and care providers.
Location: Sahabad Dairy, Delhi, India
Contract Type: To be hired as a resource person to be compensated on hours of engagement during a financial year (April 2026 – March 2027, consistent engagement based on performance and project continuity. Each Facilitator will work with 2–18 age group with around 100 children.

Key Working Relationships: Program Executive, Program Lead, Schools, Community Members, Parents
B. Job Purpose
To facilitate and conduct structured learning sessions for children and adolescents, support program implementation at the community level, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
C. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured sessions as per curriculum and activity plan.
• Prepare lesson plans and required learning materials.
• Maintain attendance and beneficiary records.
• Ensure child safeguarding and ethical standards.
• Support community engagement and mobilization.
• Assess children’s participation and progress.
• Submit regular activity reports to Program Executive.
• Participate in trainings and review meetings.
D. Required Skills & Experience
•Functionally literate
•1–2 years of experience in community/education programs preferred.
•Strong communication skills in Hindi.
•Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in community settings
