Job Role:
• Management, Supervision, and Monitoring of the activities at the Care Home
• Plan, implement, and coordinate all activities, programs, and operations, including training and treatment programs or activities as the case may be.
• Plan goal-oriented counselling sessions with each child as per individual needs.
• Record the counselling sessions
• The summary and key highlights of each counselling session to be documented in the child's case file
• Take proper care of children and ensure their welfare and overall development.
• Provide each child with a health hygiene kit.
• Maintain discipline.
• Ensure children maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.
• You will be responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and security of the dormitories.
• Implement a daily routine for every child and ensure their participation,
• Look after safety and security arrangements.
• Escort children outside the Home for purposes other than production before the Court, Hospital, or other places.
• Maintain registers relevant to your duties.
• Ensure overall maintenance and administration of the Home premises and all care staff for all schemes
