A. Work with Minor Survivors

? Social-legal counseling sessions with the CNCPs by visiting them at their place of stay in Delhi/NCR.
? Regular visit to the families of CNCPs in the case of CSA (child sexual abuse) and RR (romantic relationship)
? Preparation of counseling reports and file individual care plan for each case.
? Production of a vulnerable or survivor child before the police, CWC and other stakeholders for their safety and protection.
? Enrolment & follow-up of CNCPs (child in need of care and protection), COIPs (children of incarcerated parents) and other marginalised children in the CLEs (centre for learning & empowerment)

B. Networking & Liaison

? Regular follow-up and case specific visits to the stake holders; Child Welfare Committees, District Child Protection Officer, School Principals, District Courts, DSLSA and others.
? Liaison with organisations/individuals/institutions working on the issues of child rights for the possible relief and support to the CNCPs.
? Visit to different authorities/institutions for the relief, compensation & rehabilitation of the child.
? Facilitate the sessions with adolescents/youth in schools/community/social organisations etc.
? Collection, compilation and representation of primary & secondary data received from different stakeholders dealing with children in need of care and protection.
? Call and follow-ups with the I.O. (investigating officer) in each new and existing CNCP cases.

C. Other Responsibilities

? Maintenance of soft copies of all the factual documents related to CNCPs
? Maintenance & regular update of records of children enrolled in CLEs
? Assist the facilitator the sessions with adolescents/youth in schools/community/social organisations etc.
? Meeting with the families of the survivor for connecting them with the social welfare schemes of state and central government.
? Assistance to colleagues dealing with the adult individuals/couples facing threat to their life and liberty w.r.t. her/their decision of right to choose in marriage/association.
? Travel in Delhi/NCR and other states/cities for meetings, hearings or other official requirements; with a colleague or alone depending on the situation & condition.
? Any other responsibility assigned by the seniors in the best interest of the organisation.
? Participation and facilitation in other social awareness activities of the organisation.
? Any other responsibility assigned by the seniors in the best interest of the organisation.
? Participation and contribution in weekly/monthly review meetings, events and seminars.
