Job Title: Field Supervisor of WADI-TDF Project

Location: Sorada Block, Ganjam District, Odisha

Reporting To: Project Coordinator

Job Role:

The Field Supervisor will support the implementation of WADI orchard development activities in villages and ensure that project activities are carried out properly with beneficiary farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit project villages regularly and supervise WADI plantation activities.
* Guide farmers on orchard management such as planting, watering, and plant care.
* Ensure proper distribution of saplings and other inputs to farmers.
* Support farmers in maintaining WADI orchards.
* Mobilize farmers for meetings and training programs.
* Maintain records of plantation, farmers, and field activities.
* Report field progress and issues to the Project Coordinator.

Qualification:

- Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
- Experience in agriculture or rural development projects is desirable.

Skills

- Community mobilization
- Good communication with farmers.
- Ability to work in field areas and under pressure.
- Basic reporting and record keeping.

Gross Salary is Rs.12000 per month.
