About NYST-
Nehru Yuva Sangathan-Tisi was established in Tisi village of Haswa block of Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of founder Rajendra Prasad Sahu with the objective of organizing rural unemployed youth. The main objective of the organization is to connect rural and urban youth in various constructive ways, first by making them self-reliant and later on to enable them to make concrete efforts to bring about the desired social change, in which women, children and the deprived sections of our society become aware of their rights and also know the ways and means to protect and achieve their rights for all-round development. The organization is registered as a non-profit organization under the Society Registration Act in 1997.
The organization is currently working for the all-round development of socially excluded and deprived people in various districts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand.

Position - Community Mobilizers
Minimum Qualification & Experience
?Graduate
?Experience- Minimum 1 year’s experience in social development sector including in planing and social mobilization, monitoring, etc. Have worked in the field in these subjects Drinking water, community management, water quality, rainwater harvesting, water resource management, capacity building and awareness, gender and other rural development.
?Maximum age limit- 35 Years.
Roll and respectability -
?Ensure every revenue village/habitation have covered with FHTCs as per JJM guideline.
?Ensure every revenue village done PRA and prepare VAP with participatory approach.
?To provide assistance in conducting PRA and VAP.
?Ensure every village have constituted VWSC, as per JJM Guideline/Gazette Notification of MP.
?Liaising/coordination among Gram panchayat/ Block Level officers and other concerned line department.
?To Provide necessary support for Capacity building plan, survey, IEC activity plan and Social mobilization activity.
?Any other task relevant to the project for social mobilization and other activities of the project.
?To support, monitor and evaluate the JJM program on a regular basis to achieve its milestones and objectives within the defined time frame,etc.
Honorarium- Rs.12000.00 (Approx) with TA
