About the Project
Under the “Ab Dasvi Dur Nahi” exam readiness initiative, the project will provide academic mentoring to adolescent girls to improve their confidence in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English, enabling them to successfully appear in the Class 10 Board Examinations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct exam preparation classes for adolescent girls.
• Teach core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English.
• Support students in overcoming subject fear and exam anxiety.
• Conduct practice tests and mock exams.
• Track student progress and provide mentoring support.
• Coordinate with the project team and DigiPlayPathshala center.
• Encourage girls’ continued participation in education.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (Maths / Science / English / Education).
• Teaching experience in secondary school or coaching classes preferred.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Class 10 curriculum.
• Experience working with adolescents in rural communities preferred.
• Good communication skills and supportive mentoring attitude.

Honorarium
Monthly honorarium as per project norms.
