WE’RE HIRING
Manager – Documentation & Proposal Development
Bhavishya Bharat (Hyderabad)

Your Role Will Include:
• Drafting concept notes & detailed project proposals (CSR / Institutional Donors)
• Developing Log frames, Budgets & Results Frameworks
• Preparing donor reports, presentations & documentation
• Strengthening internal documentation & compliance systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Postgraduate (MSW / Development Studies / Public Health / Management)
• 5–7 years’ experience in NGO documentation & proposal writing
• Strong English drafting & analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in Health / Livelihood / Education / Environment projects preferred

Location: Hyderabad
