Terms of Reference
Consultant (Admin), (CTD, MoH&FW)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above-mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Responsibilities
• To manage all administrative matter related to National Tuberculosis Elimination programme at the Central TB Division
• To Coordinate with states/UTs for administrative management of the programme
• To coordinate with all stakeholders including donor agencies.
• To assist budgeting and financial management related to the project
• To facilitate change management with respect to use of ICT & Nikshay tools for concerned data entry, validation & its use for public health action
• Any other relevant job as and when assigned by the CTD
Essential Qualification /Requirements

• M.A / M.Sc. / M.Com. / M.Tech. with minimum of 10 years experience in administration / establishment / legal matters
OR
• (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com/ BBA/ B.Tech with minimum of 10 years’ experience in administration / establishment / legal matters
OR
• B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com/ BBA/ B.Tech with MBA or PGD in Administration or Management with minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration/ Establishment/legal matters.

• Proficient in MS Office

Preferential Qualification/ Skills
• Experience in handling HR at national level development sector is desirable
• Ex-Army/Paramilitary officer with GFR and legal knowledge will be preferred
• Experience in Handling legal matters
• Retired Govt. Servant will be preferred.

Age
Upto 65 years
Remuneration
Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,30,000/- per month
