Terms of Reference
Technical Officer (Research), (CTD, MoH&FW)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above-mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Responsibilities
i. Assist CTD in the process of prioritization and articulation of NTEP research needs
ii. Assist CTD in developing normative guidance, commission relevant and priority research, synthesize evidence, review and recommend approval of research proposals
iii. Work in coordination with stakeholders and individuals for funding of research institutions/individuals
iv. Monitor research activities and provide feedback to CTD
v. Conduct research dissemination and capacity building
vi. Any other job assigned as per program needs

Essential Qualification /Requirements
i. MD (Community Medicine)/MD (Community Health Administration)
OR
Masters in Hospital Administration
OR
PhD in Epidemiology / Statistics / Community Health / Public Health

ii. Working knowledge of computers

Preferential Qualification/ Skills

Five years of relevant work experience in the field of research, preferably in the field of health or TB.

Age
Upto 65 years and ready to travel extensively

Remuneration
Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,30,000/- per month
