Position: Program Manager/ Senior Program Manager - Doctors for Clean Air & Climate Action ( based on experience)
Reporting to: Dr. Arvind Kumar, Founder- Trustee of Lung Care Foundation
Location: Medanta, Gurugram
Note: The candidate will be based out of Medanta Gurugram. The candidate will need to go to the Lung Care Foundation office in Vasant Kunj once a week.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Senior Program Manager - Doctors for Clean Air & Climate Action, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful change for cleaner air and a healthier climate. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic air quality campaigns in collaboration with National Medical Associations. This involves close coordination with the esteemed presidents of top medical associations, leveraging their expertise and influence to further our cause.
In addition to your engagement with national stakeholders, you will also play a crucial role in coordinating with national and international stakeholders on campaigns for clean air. Your responsibilities will include liaising with global stakeholders, aligning efforts, and contributing to the design and implementation of air quality programs.
Furthermore, you will actively contribute to other key activities of the Doctors for Clean Air Campaign. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, allowing you to make a tangible impact on achieving clean air objectives in India.
Qualifications:
- A passion for clean air advocacy, and commitment to driving positive change.
- Minimum 3 years experience in program management, preferably in healthcare, environmental advocacy, or public health campaigns.
- A postgraduate degree in Public Health, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with medical professionals, associations, and international stakeholders.
- Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage complex projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent the organisation effectively in various forums.
