Remuneration: Up to INR 20,000 per month (negotiable according to the experience)

Operating in Rajasthan, Haryana, and Maharashtra, TBS is guided by the esteemed Waterman Rajendra Singh. Committed to creating sustainable water solutions, TBS plays a vital role at both regional and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day accounting in Tally ERP 9 like – vouchering, journal, payments, receipts, contra, etc. generate MIS reports.
• Preparing/ Submission of financial reports and documents for Director and supporting partners in their desired formats.
• Coordination with the internal and external auditors during audits and prepare financial audit preparation.
• Online/Offline monthly, quarterly and yearly filing of TDS, EPF, ITR, FC reports etc. other required compliances.
• Follow up with supporting partners for fund disbursement and fund utilization.
• Follow up with field teams for accounts related responsibilities
• Tracking and timely payments of statutory charges
• Raising receipts/ invoices, File keeping, Online Banking/ Payment.
• Attending meeting and make minutes.
• Other general organisation related duties.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software, especially Tally ERP 9.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
