Salary Range : CTP INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month
(Generally we consider max. 10% increase on last drawn salary)

Personal Interview : At Jaipur (No TA, DA will be paid)

Bodh Shiksha Samiti is a not for profit organization (based out of Jaipur) working in the field of quality education since last 39 years. The organization strives to contribute towards ensuring equitable quality education for all the children irrespective of their socio-economic backgrounds. Bodh also works closely with the state governments to strengthen the public education system so that the quality of education provided to the masses improves and becomes what the national curriculum aims to be ensuring.

Bodh is running 36 Community Schools with the community members. Within the larger organizational framework, Community Bodhshalas play the most important role of not only being a critical demonstration of common community institutions but they are the ground for learning and innovation. They represent actual possibility with the mission of ensuring common effective qualitative learning in children which inculcates the ability of scientific thinking and critical reasoning for the prejudiced traditions of society.

Role Overview
Community and Field Coordinators will be the frontline representatives of the project, responsible for mobilizing communities and ensuring effective implementation at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize communities and identify out-of-school girls.
• Coordinate field-level activities, including enrollment drives.
• Maintain close relationships with parents, local leaders, and schools.
• Monitor attendance, learning progress, and provide feedback.

Required Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education/Social Work or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of grassroots/community engagement experience.
• Strong communication skills in local language (Hindi/Rajasthani).
• Commitment to gender equity and child rights.
