Pragya invites applications for the following position:

Position: Assistant Manager – MIS

Location: Gurgaon, India

Analysis of data, including reconciliation and monitoring of the data collected.
Work with the MIS team members to maintain the data precision.
Produce the periodic (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc.) reports using MIS for effective program management.
Oversee data import & export to/from various formats and create information visuals as needed by program teams.
Build the capacities of the project field staff for effectively collecting, compiling and sharing of the program data to the head office.
Undertake periodic data quality assessment to ensure data accuracy and to monitor progress of the program.
Support the program teams in conducting program reviews and develop program presentations and reports.
Undertake other tasks as reasonably required from time to time.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills:

Qualification - Master’s degree or equivalent in development or a related field
Experience – Minimum of 7 years
The person will be required to be very self-motivated and should ideally possess the following:
Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills
Competency in MS excel and other Apps.
Good communication skills – Hindi and English
Ability to work in a team
