Job Summary:
Field Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and supporting field-level activities related to Women & Child Development programs. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with communities, and execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Field me program activities ka execution aur monitoring
Women & child development related awareness programs conduct karna
Community mobilization aur local stakeholders se coordination
Daily field visits aur reporting maintain karna
Events, camps aur support activities ka arrangement karna
Data collection aur basic documentation maintain karna
NGO guidelines aur project objectives ke according kaam karna
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate (BA preferred)
Experience: 1–2 years (Development sector preferred)
Skills:
Good communication (local language preferred)
Basic reporting & coordination skills
Other Requirements:
Valid driving license
Own bike/scooty mandatory
Salary:
?12,000 – ?15,000 per month
Preference:
Local candidates will be preferred
