The Agriculture Manager cum Business Development Manager will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and supervising high-value agriculture practices across 8,000 households. The role also involves supporting agricultural input and output marketing of the Farmer Producer Company (FPC) to strengthen business operations and improve farmers’ income.
The candidate will take direct responsibility for one selected panchayat, implementing demonstrative agriculture activities to create a model for the team. Additionally, the role includes developing solar-based agricultural production clusters within the working area.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Agriculture with 2–4 years of rural work experience and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
